This hotel is really really bad. we arrived and checked in fine. However, the hotel spoke to my boyfriend appaulingly. the towels were not cleaned once we were there and we were there for 5 days. the beds were very uncomfortable. on departure.....i had a run in with the owner about checking out and i have never been treated so badly and i have never been spoken to like that ever in my life. There was 1 memeber of staff that was ok and he was the one that checked us in. The rest were unfriendly and didnt speak to us much. as i was waiting to be picked up...neither the staff nor the bus driver helped me with my suitcase dwn the stairs to put it in the bus. also the pool was not clean....daily there were dead bees and flies in there. we ate at the hotel once and wud not eat there again as it wasnt very nice.
I really wudnt recommend this hotel and as for the owner....he is serioualy going to lose business if he persits on speaking to his paying guests like that. i was absolutely... more
