we have just come back from the epic and i wouldnt let animals stay there, and they call this a HOTEL. when we arrived we got there to no room at all, they wanted us to let 2 small children sleep in a room on there own, the rooms are supposed to be cleaned everyday, ours was done 4 TIMES... more

Got back from Epic hotel early hours of this morn...Rooms are basic but we only used it to sleep in so it was good enough for us.Word of warning about the air -con .... we stayed in room 214 which was boling hot at night so we payed the £25 for the air-con to find out it wasnt working properly... more

We booked up for 2 wks in a self catering studio but when we got there we was actually in a spacious apartment.
