On arrival at six in the morning we were greeted by a rude, uncooperative and sullen receptionist. Our past experience of the Turkish people had always been completely the opposite. The centralized A/C can't be adjust,and stops when you leave the room.Rooms are ugly and seldom cleaned.Crew untrained and rude.Bartenders give you soft drinks as cocktails.You pay for a 5 ***** hotel and get a 2** insteed.The only nice person was the P.R lady who was trying to help. more
