We arrived at club portobello to unfriendly staff, got shown 2 our room that was 3 stores up after bein told we were on the ground floor. was meant to be staying at sun apartments but 2 days before due to travel were told it was overbooked.told club portobello was only choice as we needed a 2 bed apartment.read reviews but was reassured by travel agent that everything was ok.we arrived at 6.00am and staff at reception did not think we had a booking after about 40mins... more

We were booked into a bad hotel called SAYER left there went to Portobello. Had a great holiday ideal for small babies as they had slides in baby pool and you could sunbath next to pool and not to worry about kids. Also big slides for adults which was really fun. After readin reviews about this place went to travel agents an asked to moved hotels, was reassured it fine no problems.
