having stayed at the gold rima several times in the last ten years or so , it was originally called the goldstone, and then joined up with the rima which was next door.
always found it to be comfortable and friendly, and generally the guests were a mixture of locals ,weekenders, and more recently a mixture of english, russians and turkish tourists.
position wise, it is ideal for the beach and main town, being about 100 yrds. or so from the beach walkway, but far enough away for a bit of peace and quiet when needed.
all in all, i would say very good for the rates charged.
