What a fantastic Holiday! arrived at 5am and dropped off at seren sari on the main road which is han palace sister hotel. once checked in the gent helped us with our bags to our room which was the hotel right next door (30 second walk). The locked gates, the deserted reception...had to have meals next door at the Seren Sari and was NOT made welcome there. I've seen baths bigger than the swimming pool. Dirty carpets and don't attempt the shower if you're over 9 st.
