Simply put - you will not be disappointed! The bar staff, receptionists, cleaners, well everyone really were genuinely pleasant and helpful. For example I raised a problem with our air conditioning and the receptionist quickly radioed for someone to look at it. By the time we returned to our room later that afternoon it was sorted.
