I have chose this hotel in the first place because it was listed as one of the best of the city in the Lonely Planet guide of Ukraine... The Kaspiy hotel in Dnepropetrovsk is indeed a hidden gem. I've been to Dnepr 4 times and have stayed at both the Kaspiy and at the Grand Ukraine.
