My sister and I were recently in Chernivtsi for a friend's wedding, and the bride chose this hotel for her family and friends. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. They don't have many services available, but they're happy to give advice, and it is possible to order breakfast in the morning (though it's only ham and cheese on bread). There's also a sauna on the premises, although we never tried it.

We stayed in a basic double-bed room. The bed was small, but comfortable. The room was simply furnished: cable TV hanging from the corner, small coffee table, standing closet. The bathroom was small but very modern. Overall, the room was impeccably clean, although unfortunately very cold. But they staff happily gave us an extra blanket when we asked for one.
