The room was on the second level with a beautiful view of the beach, The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. room was ok with a spiral staircase to the loft level with twin beds and full bath lower level a pull pou coach and queen size bed with another full bath, Kitchen was fully equipped. more
My husband and I, born and raised in NYC, now living in Westchester County, NY, have been coming to Montauk/Amagansett almost every year for 25 years and have stayed in many palces in the area, including private (small) home rentals, Hartmann's, Beachcomber, Hermitage, Surf Club and now Windward Shores. Had we known during your 7 night stay that you were not satisfied with your accommodations we would have reached out to do our best to please you. We can not help if we do not know. As a co-op these units are individually owned and some owners prefer...
Pleasantly surprised as the room was better than we were expecting. The pool area is clean, large and well maintained. The beach is beautiful. Plenty of beach/pool chairs and umbrellas. The only negative is that there were a lot of bugs - gnats, green flys, etc - even in the room. It may just be that time of year. more
Since the time i placed the call to make the reservation, I knew that this was the place for me. The reservationist took her time, was very accomodating for information about restaurants and things to do in the area. more
Very clean, spacious room, great beach, great pool. they only had vacancy for one night, so staff gave me a list of other nearby properties that had vacancies. Staff was very helpful and nice. We would definetly go back to the Windward Shores. more
Beautiful PlaceRight On The Beach. We Had a TwoBed/Two Bath And It Was Clean, Modern, Sunny And Spacious With a Deck Overlooking The Beach. Don't pass this one up!!!! more
