The staff made us feel that we were a terrible inconvenience. We had to ask for half the crockery and cutlery and when it was delivered the knives were all small paring knives. The Hotel was lovely to look at and the room was great except the ensuite lacked cleanliness. The service of the staff was ok but not friendly at all.they weren't helpful at all . we asked for some suggestions of attractions to visit, but reception staff just said she had no idea. “Terrible apartment, all are in mess.”

The staff has to train more. The room is dirty. we came at the hotel early moring (pre booked) and booking was not there, after we came in the room we requested some towels which is not provided upon arrival, and take note that the towels came after 2 HOURS.!!!
