I’m here now on my final day and tbh as a female solo traveller from the UK, I can’t fault it. Ok so it could do with an atm or some way of getting cash. And the gym could do with better air con but that’s it. Stayed 6 nights Collected by the hotel from the airport and return transfer included So some common answers to questions I tried to find before I arrived. There are various restaurants The kitchen it the all inclusive restaurant for B/L/D However I only ate breakfast and lunch in there - plenty of choice and all fresh Dinner you can eat in the kitchen all inc but I ate in all the other restaurants and they are all fantastic- Italian, traditional, Latino, beach fish bar. You have 70 aed credit every day per person to use in one of them - and then you pay the extra - I’ve probably spent £20-30 extra a day. Also if over 5 nights you have a free meal voucher to use in any of them. Drinks plenty of choice - non alcoholic and alcoholic Everything is so clean Fresh towels around pool daily Lots of Sun loungers never an issue as is very quiet The room was big with a great bathroom with bath and separate shower Plenty of bottled water and towels restocked daily in the room And Crabtree and Evelyn bath products The gym is huge with plenty of cardio equipment and vast weights area I’ve travelled a LOT and honestly found this place to be somewhere I would happily come back to and I’m not a fan of going to the same place twice. There is live music in all restaurants The staff are all AMAZING! Honestly they are super - what a credit to this hotel

Hotel's Favourite
Reading through some of these previous reviews I thought these have GOT to be fake. Nobody ever comes in holiday and remembers the names of the people that served or helped them during their stay. Dear reader I was wrong. I can honestly say the staff that we have encountered have all been beyond superb, and I have therefore remembered some of their names (Farouk, Farhan at Kitchen) but be assured everyone we have had dealings with during our 8 night stay have been exemplary. TIPS FOR TRAVELLERS; If you’re a family bring uno or other card games as there is NO entertainment. Which is the only criticism I can make. Which is an amazing thing for me to say as I’m a critical old bag. TIPPING; Not expected but appreciated. We would tip at evening meals and occasionally for buggy drivers/ drink server’s but of course optional. We ALWAYS had a lovely table waiting for us at lunch/ dinner with our drinks waiting for us - I’m not saying that a tip was the reason but it can’t hurt to reward great service. Everyone works so hard, and so many staff we spoke to had worked at the resort for 10+ years it showed great work ethic and clearly higher management must be good and show staff appreciation to keep a happy workforce. A few AED’s to say thank you was a small gesture. If you love eating, like me, you’ll love it here. If you love drinking, like me, you’ll love it here! Branded drinks on the AI allocation, Peroni & Stella in Kitchen on tap. All bars carry branded drinks, and not watered down like other AI’s we’ve been to. Cans of coke/Fanta/sprite/Stella etc.. you can sneak away for your room to avoid the minibar costs if you’re a cheap skate at heart like me! (hope management not reading this) Beach/Pools/bars/ restaurants all fabulous. If you get stir crazy head to Manar Mall, costs £2.50 in a taxi and lots of good shops especially if your travelling with a teenager (Sephora/ Zara / Dunkin Donuts / Starbucks) plus big Carrefore for snacks and in-room treats. Beach beautiful, head to beach bars for sunset. Pools lovely, never seen so many life guards in a resort, they’re quick to blow whistle if anyone steps out of line (!) but while they might be a bit zealous I think that’s a good thing in a life guard tbh. If pools aren’t your thing the sea is like a bath. ALWAYS loads of Sun loungers, no need for the 7am race to place towels! We stayed in Family Pool View Villa, good size, shower and separate bath, Crabtree & Evelyn shampoo etc.. comfy beds, good air con. Get a buggy to and from main hotel or its a 7 min walk in the heat. There might be a few dated areas but really you can’t fault this resort for service, value and location. Loved it! Long review short: Great service/ Great Food & Drink/ Beautiful beach. Book it. Oh, and bring a UV vest, those creepy beach shoes/sock things to protect your trotters from the hot sand and plenty of suncream! Happy holidays you lucky people!

Excellent resort, many beautiful pools, great beach, fantastic food and service! Room service did tremendous job, thanks to Suman from Nepal, who decorated the room for my wife's birthday and she was so surprised and happy! The rest of the staff is very helpful and friendly too. Will visit again.

Staff pleasant but sometimes not in the restaurant. Especially at breakfast. Beautifully cleaned rooms every day. Thanks Farhad! Good food with great barbecue. Lack of snack option in the all-inclusive. Great capacity of umbrellas on the beach. Generally great beach service including great staff at the beach bars.

This was my first trip to this property, and it was for business rather than pleasure. I was disappointed to be offered an upgrade based on availability to a sea view room and then told I was not at the correct Hilton category for the upgrade. I was provided a nice pool view room which I enjoyed. Housekeeping was excellent and I appreciated Nure's focus on my needs. I also loved the towel animals that welcomed me back to my room on long workdays! While the breakfast buffet was plentiful and included a pork station on one day (not sure why on this), it had little daily variety which would have been nice. I was not impressed with the other restaurants and highly recommend stocking your mini-frig with drinks and snacks by visiting a local market by Uber or taxi.

I very rarely write reviews but I feel this hotel is so good I'm compelled to do so. We stayed at the end of Feb/beginning of March and had a fabulous time. The staff are exceptional and cannot do enough for you. There are almost too many names to mention but I need to highlight Islam, Faruk, Tun & Christian for always being so helpful.... and above all friendly. You really do get the feeling of being made to feel special, something I've rarely felt in other hotels. There are many great things about this hotel. The grounds are lovely, there is so much space you don't get the impression that it is ever too busy. It was lovely not having the usual setting the alarm for a sunbed as they are plentiful. The food is great with a huge choice. The chefs (who rarely get a mention) clearly do an exceptional job. You can always be critical .... there is no entertainment in the evenings which is a bit of a shame and the choice of drinks/cocktails on the all inclusive menu is limited. This aside we had a great holiday and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Hilton.

We had the most amazing time as a family at this resort. I cannot recommend enough how great this place is, everything from me was a 10/10. I’d 100% be coming back :) The staff were amazing each and every one of them, they can’t seem to do enough for you, they went above and beyond each day for us. I would like to ecspically thank Islam, Dimple, Asad and Faruk for being so helpful and caring to accommodate all our dietary requirements and that of our daughters. They never said no to us and always made things work even if it was out of hours for their service. the hotel facilities were amazing and the hotel was kept sooo clean throughout. The beach was very clean also and admiring the beautiful sunsets daily were great. The staff in the kids club were great, really engaging with our daughter and had fun filled activities planned. The holiday was such a great experience here, that I lost count of the days, haha. really gives you time to switch off away from the hustle bustle city life.

Returning to a resort we enjoyed so much last year was a concern. Will it be as good? Will the staff still be lovely? Will the food still be excellent? We needn’t have worried. We had an excellent time and everything was a just as good as last year. Special mention to Mr Moshi who seemed to be everywhere. Asad and Indo (we always called him VS) in the Sand Bar who looked after us every lunchtime. Sanjay in Vida was so friendly and helpful, as well as smiley, Mr Gopi and Kaseem in the Sol bar were great and not forgetting Farouk, Daniel and Islam in the kitchen who made every breakfast special. We would not hesitate to recommend the resort. We hope to be back next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
