The Hotel is pretty essential but clean. I’ve found the reception service pretty shocking, expecially when I left. I woke up at 5:30 am and call the receptionist asking him to call a cab for 5:45 am in order to get to Dubai Airport on time.

When I got downstairs at that time,the receptionist was deeply asleep and of course no trace of taxi at all.

He apologized and call the taxi and told me to wait 2 minutes. At 6am he told me that actually no taxi would have come to the hotel because was to traffic going to the airport. I told that idiot that I would have missed my flight and he didnt have to tell the taxi driver where I had to go!

So he told I better go in the main road to find one so I told him off and walked to the main street with my 2 bags and my pc case…In many years travelling this has been one of the worst reception service ever and not worth a 4 star hotel at all as you can read on the website! more
