i booked this hotel through a website which gave me a list of the facilities with in the hotel, which turned out to be non existant when i got there.i was told that there was a swimming pool at the hotel and my kids were excited, but in actual fact there was no swimming pool. it was supposed to have a jacuzzi and a steam room, both which where not working.same with the pool table and other amusement facilities which were listed. the website claimed it to be a 3 star hotel with the facilities of a 5 start hotel, and when i asked the staff, they said that it had no stars at all, it was just an apartment building. the staff were rude and ignorant, and no one would listen to us when we went to them, it took ages for room service to get me a couple of glasses to drink from. we'd have to ring 3/4 times for room service and we'd eventually end up going down to the main reception to complain and still the issue would not be solved.
