The pool is and will be under construction for 2 months. Which came as a great frustration as this is a city hotel and we wanted some waterfun for the kids.
Rooms facing the lagoon have a gorgeous view, lucky you are if you get one.
Taxi drivers are totally unaware of the name Golden Tulip, it is useful to give the address Al Fardan Centre, both of them a (rather mediocre) shopping centre and the hotel are in the same building.
On the average the hotel is quite good, new and clean. more
