I stayed here in summer 2008.
The location is good if you want to go to Dubai, because it’s the nearest area in Sharjah to Dubai.

The apartments are clean, and fair standard (not luxurious).

Advantages:
- Location
- Clean
- Good rate

Disadvantages:
- Doesn’t have covered parking
- The corridors (next to the elevators) don’t have A/C, and there is only 1 elevator for the building, which is also used for the services, so you have to wait for sometimes in the hot area.
- The Internet is expensive (10 AED per hour)
- For the 2 bedroom apartment, there is only one bathroom which has a shower.


last ward: for Sharjah standard, it's quite good, but for Dubai standard, there are a lot of better choices. more
