shabby fittings, dirty room, musty smell, grumpy staff, terrible expensive food (even rice was overcooked). Despite advertised wifi throughout, does not work in rooms and slow where does work. Nice pool and good breakfast buffet, but if you want 5* stay at victoria. more

Dont waste your money on this hotel! We stayed 6 nights - and wished we stayed in a hotel in Hoi An, which had a pool and was way cheaper. The cleaning staff, pool and conceriege staff were excellent - however the front desk staff were terrible. When we arrived, we went to try and get lunch in the restaurant.... more

We LOVED this place, the pool is amazing, absolutely enormous and you can walk right onto to beach... the service was fantastic, every time you needed a towel, there was someone there to give you a new/dry one.
