We spent four nights at the Southern this October. The entire staff was friendly and helpful from the ladies at the front desk to the servers in the restaurant and everyone in between. The Hotel is about 10 mins walk to Hoi An centre but the free suttle bus is very frequent and runs on time, so no problem. Breafast is good as is the service. The only negative point to mention is their are no umbrellas around the pool to provide any shade!! more
