My wife and I just spent our first wedding anniversary in Livingstone, with the first half of our trip at Bushbuck River House. Most of the reviewers have already stated our sentiments as well - Alan and Oriel are superb hosts, Albert is a wonderful chef, and the house and environs are perfectly peaceful. We definitely plan to go back!

Highlights included Albert's homecooked dinners seated outside listening to hippos, Oriel and Alan's humour and interesting conversations, having a local beer in the viewing tower overlooking the zambezi river and drives into town spotting animals on the way.
