I have been going each year to Maramba River Lodge since 2001 when it hosted a crowd of enthusiastic Total Eclipse watchers from Denmark.The Lodge has evolved and improved during this period almost beyond recognition,yet still retains a certain rustic  charm and gives the visitor a truly African experience. We stayed at the Maramba River lodge during a visit to Victoria Falls in October 2007, and were very pleased with the location, the quality of the rooms, the facilities, and staff. We stayed in a permanent "chalet" - they also offer "luxury safari tents" and space for campers with their own equipment. There is a nice pool area and... more

The Maramba River Lodge is a lodge situated on the banks of the Maramba River. It has a unique location, situated at 3km from the Victoria Waterfalls.
