I note the vastly different opinions on this hotel - our experience was that this was one of the worst hotels on our tour - the room was small and dark, the toilet didn't work properly, and it was too far from tourist sights. more

We went on a business trip on a budget. We were a group from America and it was our first time in Aqaba and Jordan. After reading the reviews from 6 months ago,The hotel exceeded my expectations. We came to the Red Sea on business and the hotel accomodated our needs as we were in the city for business. The... more

A lot of the reviews here seem to be a little unfair to this hotel. I found it to be great value for money, it was clean had a pool and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't amazing but then again it was the same as almost every other breakfast served in Jordan. There is a terrace to... more

The hotel was great It was one of the less expensive hotels though the hotel is not on the beach. It is a taxi drive away only costing one dinar The sunsets were beautiful from our suite every night. The hotel food was excellent They really had generous portions and I couldnt resist noticing how clean the rooms are and... more

This is the worst place we have ever stayed in. It had no frills of a four star hotel the breakfast was horrible the rooms small and hot the swimming pool horrible and its all still under construction. We had an awful experience with the staff and management. Just do not stay there more

For a 4* Hotel it's not that good but the price is one of the lowest for it's category. Rooms are nice, nice views and only 5 minutes to the beach. more

I had a bad taste in my mouth from the moment I arrived. I had booked the hotel room on the Golden Tulip website earlier that same day, assuming that would be more than sufficient. The fellow at the front desk could not find my reservation. He made it sound as though it was my fault for having done something... more

After travelling around Wadi Rum we decided to treat ourselves to a more upmarket hotel for a night - especially as that night was Christmas Eve. We were very disappointed with our stay. The room was far too hot and when we told reception we were informed that the air conditioning was turned off for the winter! Their winter is... more

This a solid hotel, with decent rooms, but it is quiet run down and certainly no longer qualifies as 4*. The rooms are ok, but lack of maintenance means that much fails to work properly. The swimming pool and the roof terrace bar were closed. more
