I had a very comfortable 2 night stay at this hotel and can't fault it. I went for the comfort single which cost 8250 yen a night - take no notice of the 11,000yen+ price on the hotel's homepage. The reservation site lists the real price. I'm glad I went for this larger room as it was a much better... more
1. From the very first time we talked to representative of this hotel when we checked in, or asked about some direction, or asked for our room key when we went back to hotel... None! None of them said anything like "Thank you," "You're welcome" when we said thank you to them. Their faces are like we are asking something... more
