Upon our stay, it snowed overnight. I was not prepared. The front desk receptionist went above and beyond her "normal" job duties, and helped to scrap off the snow and ice from my windshield. Thank you for your 'extra' service. It went a really long way to make a difficult trip a little less difficult.

The Super has a convenient location, room was clean and staff was accomodating, friendly & helpful. Restaurant right next door was good too. It is not the Ritz Carlton so don't expect a 5 star luxury hotel but it is very good for what it is and a very good value.
