This hotel is I feel the most convenient hotel in Niigata, just bang opposite. The rooms are pretty basic standard that you find in Japan. Internet and all amenities are present. The room's sound proofing is a bit poor with outside noise (corridor) filtering in. A 7-11 is present in the 1st floor which is quite convenient.
