This hotel is ok. Nothing very good, nothing very bad. Some of the staff speaks English. The location is nice, close to the fish-market and railway station. This is the most convenient hotel to the JR Hakodate station and its room rates reflect that convenience. Otherwise, this is bare bones lodging with small rooms, very few amenities, and little to distinguish itself as a hotel you'd like to return to, much less pay premium prices for.
