Stayed on 13 December 2009 to catch an early flight the next morning. I checked the rate a few times in the weeks before my trip, and the price stayed constant at about 7,800 yen. Hotel is much larger and more modern than I was expecting. Would rank it as a high end businessman's hotel in Japan. Everything was very... more

Great location for Airport. Only 2 min walk from JR station and they provide free shuttle to Narita airport. Only downside was pay as you use internet 100 yen for 10 mins. Used the hotel on last night before morning flight home. more

I stayed in this hotel on the last day of my recent trip to Japan. My choice of hotel was based on the proximity of the Narita Mercure to the airport. However, location was about the only thing that this hotel had to offer which I found remotely satisfactory. My disappointment began from the moment I entered its foyer. This... more

I was really disappointed with this hotel. These chain hotels have no atmosphere and the service is lacking. With rude reception staff just there to collect your money why not replace them with a vending machine. Japan would be the place to do it. The restaurant was poor and overpriced and the only nice thing i can say about it... more

Several of us stayed at the Mercure Narita two separate nights on the way to and from Papua New Guinea. The hotel runs a shuttle bus with different pick-up times, depending on the time of day. It's about a 20 minute ride. It's also possible to take the Narita train from the airport to the Narita station, a 5 minute... more

This hotel is close to the airport. I think that would be the only reason you would stay there. The rooms are not great or welcoming. Small beds, basic furniture and the worst bit.....the plastic capsule bathrooms. It's like a plastic ready built bathroom has been placed in the corner of the room. The shower head only came up to... more

Worn out, small pokey room overlooking railway, so noisy as well, with an infrequent bus service to the airport. The only plus is that it is in Narita itself and therfeore has more dining options. I have stayed at both the Holiday Inn and Hilton at Narita and both are considerably better and need not cost a lot more if... more

I was arriving into Tokyo at about 6 and needed a place for the night before taking the train to Osaka. I booked one night at this hotel through hotels.com and paid about $80. It's classed as an airport hotel although it's in the town of Narita. There is a shuttle or you can also conveniently take either the JR... more
