More luxurious and better decorated than the other Narita hotels. Restaurants are horrendously expensive even by Japanese standards. The rooms aren't as nice as the lobby area. The standard rooms are comfortable but need a bit of sprucing up. more

Hotel rooms in Japan are mostly rather Spartan. Hilton in Narita is no exception. Still, it was a pleasant surprise that they have proper duvets with duvet covers, not only sheets, and a few rather nice if small pillows. What a dumpy hotel. Our room was filthy. We had brown smears on the bed duster and there were stains all over the walls. We had two tiny single beds that were wet with sweat from the previous guests.
