This hotel was very comfortable. The rooms were pretty spacious, and had all the amenities. What's more, my fiance lost his smartphone on the shuttle bus on the way there, and the hotel employees actually phoned the shuttled employees and managed to retrieve it for him. Classic Japan, wonderful service. I highly recommend this hotel!
