I didn't realise quite what a special hotel this was when I booked it. Amazing authentic Japanese food served so beautifully. Onsen baths and lovely rooms. Traditional Japanese room but with western beds.

If you like to be treated like a king or queen this is a must go, I was there for the weekend and loved the hot springs. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was great.the One thing that was confusing was how to get to certain floors of the Hotel lolol but overall loved it all..

The hotel is long-established so that the room and the facilities are in old fashion. Shuttle bus is charged but not expensive. The food is fair. The onsen is not bad but a little bit small.
