I turned up in Yokohama with my son (who lives in Japan) without a booking, having believed him when he said getting a hotel wouldn't be a problem. We booked into this hotel largely on the basis of the other review on this website. It is NOT a "very nice hotel". Excel Tokyu hotels are generally OK - we do stay at the one in Shibuya frequently and we like it. But this one is terrible. It is at least 40 years old, which is fine, but they... more
Hi All! I have stayed at this hotel many times and have had a great experience each time. Its rooms may be a tad small but that's the norm there. It is so convienent to the main Yokohama station also! You can go anywhere! more
