I was there on January 2009. The hotel is located near to the sakuragicho station. Not very near as I should have walked about 20 minutes from the station to find it. The Heiwa Plaza is located near a subway station and in walking distance of the Minato Mirai 21 area with the Landmark Tower, the Kannai area and Chinatown.
