Good clean hotel with nice service and good accessability. Great for business. The breakfast buffet could use a little improvement, but overall a pleasant stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 months on business. I stayed in one of the long stay suites that had a comfortable bed, washer/dryer and a kitchen. As advertised I had a view of Mt. Fuji from my balcony that was outstanding. The train station is across the street, you can be downtown tokyo in less than an hour.... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. It is conveniently located, and Shin-Yokohama is on the Shinganshin line that is easy to get to other locations. The hotel is clean with big comfortable beds.
