The name of this place is very misleading, to put it mildly. There are three shrubs in front of the hotel and a tree in the back. But the hotel is located on a busy road leading out west of Nikko. If you have a roadside room you will not be able to sleep. The hotel must have been built... more

I was having trouble finding a vacancy in Nikko at the more popular hotels and those reviewed by Trip Advisor so I booked this through Japan Hotels Online. The hotel is on the mainroad out of Nikko towards Lake Chuzenji. Our room (with balcony) on the second floor facing the street was noisy because of the traffic on this road.... more
