I have stayed at this hotel twice. The rooms are very clean and in good condition. Excellent service and good restaurant. Very good hotel that I would recommend. more

A good hotel but without personality. It is placed 10 minutes on foot from Hakata station but on the wrong side (for a tourist) of the city. The room was large and very clean and provided free internet access. more

I booked standard twin room through hotel website. The rate was 10,000 yen per night without breakfast. The hotel is located in walking distance from Hakata station. (Main train terminal of Fukuoka city, only five minutes subway ride from international airport!) The room was not so large, but was clean enough. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Fine hotel, overall. more

Check in time is 1.00 pm. We arrived at 3.00 and were kept waiting more than 1/2 an hour for our room. The service at breakfast was terrible. Avoid. more
