The hotel room is much smaller than i have expected and charge much higher than the other 5 stars hotel in Osaka. The locate is convenient with different department store near by as well as able to see the Kumamoto Castle from the room would be the value of staying at this hotel.

Very close to tram, Kumamoto castle, art museum, restaurant and shopping area. Therefore, the location is great. The room has good space and very clean. It also has quite spacious bathroom area for Japanese standard. The water pressure also pretty good. The service is friendly, helpful and English spoken. I would recommend this hotel.

Thi is a really lovely hotel in an excellent location. Definitely 5 star luxury. The rooms are extremely well appointed and spotlessly clean and tidy. The staff are courteous and polite. It is only a short walk from Kumamoto castle and very close to a large shopping centre with lots of restaurants.
