The staff are helpful in this place. The big problem is that the hotel rooms are worn out and are not maintained. I moved out of one room on the 5th floor because the sink had a crack in it, the carpeting had big stains all over it by the desk and the was so worn out that you could... more

I know Sasebo is not on everyone's places to go while in southern Japan, but if you need a place to crash, this IS it. This is NOT a typical Japanese hotel. The rooms are HUGE, the in room FREE internet is awesome, the beds rock, the shower is full power and who doesn't love a washlet while in Japan?... more

I travelled with a family of four and tried to find an affordable hotel in Sasebo while visiting Huis Ten Bosch. Holiday Inn Sasebo was what we were looking for.
