Staff at front desk speaks English quite well. Provided us help as much as possible to locate a restaurant in the area which is in Japanese printed on local travel book( we don't know japanese ) . This was actually one of the best three star hotels we stayed in Japan. Clean, modern, comfy room and good value for money.
