This hotel claims to be 4 star. I would not give it any stars. They did not have non-smoking rooms in the hotel. I changed rooms and it was still smelly from smoke. The Air con did not work in either room, no headboards on beds, mattress if you could call it that was hardly exsistent it was pointless being there. No hot water at all, 6 local TV channels on the so called 'cable tv' , you pay extra for gym, sauna etc which I did not use, I did not attempt to use the wi-fi, Breakfast was OK but the evening meal I had from the very extensive menu was a bit on the plain side. The meal had to be paid for there and then as you cannot add it to the bill. On the two nights I was there (meant to be 11) I did not see any other guests. My company was meant to pay for the accommodation, however as I attempted to check out, They insisted I pay in cash for the two nights and threatened to call the police if I didn't pay.
