I was on a business trip and stayed in this hotel in the middle of October. Good aspects: mostly friendly staff (especially after speaking some Kazakh to them), reasonably good accomodations, good food in restaurant. Bad aspects: too much smoking, took 20 minutes to get hot water in the shower, airconditioning remote control malfunctioning, TV satellite reception went out after... more

I spent about 1 week there an what can I say - hotel was more or less ok, calm, quit. Breakfast was ok, good food indeed, room also was clear all the time. Regarding the Internet - yes, unfortunately but it was accessible only in Lobby, sometimes in my room as weel (on the 3rd floor) Employees were ok, nothing... more

this hotel really sucks they charged me $300 a night and I then Found another, The Staff are far less than Helpful and I would recomend you find another Hotel, more
