We arrived at Sentrim Amboseli to be shown to our tent which was pretty close to the lobby. As the tent flaps had been closed, it was extremely warm inside and it took us about 30 minutes to open up the window flaps to let the air through and cool things up. Unfortunately, arriving at lunch time left us with... More

Both the accomodation and the food was avarage. Perhaps you can find a better accomodation here. The staff was friendly but they could not make up for the weak points of the accomodation. The place has nice gardens of herbs and a dedicated viewpoint overlooking to Mt. Kilimanjaro - although the view is limited by clouds during the daytime.

We were extremely disappointed with this camp. It felt grubby, and the lodges are decorated in such a way that one felt one was staying in an old persons caravan in the 1960's. Poor food, almost inedible and extremely rude restaurant staff. Would not recommend

We stayed at Sentrim for one night during our safari, and I can tell you that the photos do not come even close to the reality. The camp is amazing, the tents are well equipped, very big, with a very nice bathroom and shower (indeed the best in Kenya), nice views to Kilimanjaro (if it does not rain). The food... More

The Sentrim Amboseli is located with views of Kilimanjaro in mind. Every tent room has a small patio off the back of the room with camp chairs and view of the mountian. There is a great pool, spa and viewing deck. The tents are set amoung a beaurtiful garden, a great variety of flowering plants and bushes, dozens of bird... More

After a long drive from Samburu, we were so happy to get to our tent. We stayed two nights here. It was very spacious & clean. We had a fan in the room, but the electricity went off at around 10 pm till about 5 am, so we didn't actually get to use it. It was nice and cool at... More

A short break from Nairobi made delightful with tasteful decor, all amenities, impeccable cleanliness, and warm, thoughtful service. Manuela and Andrea embody the role of host, from helpfulness to enjoyable conversation. The cuisine is delicious.

I don't know how they do it considering location, but the showers here were the best we'd had in Kenya! The power shower with piping hot water was most appreciated after our long game drives! The bathroom in general was finished to a good standard. As mentioned below, the rooms are huge and very comfortable. However our room was miles... More

Had a very enjoyable stay. Nice rooms and good service. Food was a bit limited in main courses and desserts could definitely have been better.location is good and near the game park so best utilization of time. Lack of door in the toilet area may create problems for other than married couples.

It's located outside of the park, which isn't the end of the world, as it's just a few hundred yards from the entrance. The food was good, and the grounds are beautiful. The tent entrances were a bit difficult (you have to lock up your tent using a padlock on the tent zippers) and there is no safe, which was... More
