We stayed here on our second night of our safari trip, we was really pleased with our tent........definitely luxury camping as far as I am concerned. We had tent 21 right away from the restaurant and pool area. The food was lovely, and service was brillinat, absolutely no complaints at all. The best part was the view of Kilimanjaro, it... more

We stayed at Kibo for two nights at the end of a two-week safari. It wasn't the most luxurious of the three tented comps we stayed in but we liked it the most. As we paid for a package I can't comment on value for money, but for an idea of bar prices we paid 250KSh for a beer and... more

We were accommodated in this campsite by Explorer Kenya Safari camping tour. So I don't know what the cost of this place is per night. We paid $875 pp for the 6 day safari and stayed here 2 nights. Food was also included. After staying in the bare basic tent in Masai Mara, coming to this campsite felt like we... more

This is supposed to be a tented camp but if this is camping then i will never be going camping again in England. The tents have a sloid roof, are built on concrete and have a double bed, tables, shower, toilet and sink inside!! madness. it's a reall luxurious experience. the staff were really welcoming and very friendly the food... more

We stayed at Kibo on the 2nd night of our safari and my initial trepidation about being in a tent soon disappeared! This is camping but not as we know it! With Mount Kilimanjaro as the back drop you cannot fail to be amazed by this place. The food was tasty and very big portions. We had drinks in the... more

Kibo was one stop during our 3 day safari, it sits beneath Kilimanjaro and was an experience not to be missed. I had done plenty of research on line before our holiday, and had decided on a couple of places that I would like to stay whilst on safari. Voi and Kibo were on the list and we stayed at... more

We stayed here as part of the safari that we booked through Kenyan Adventures & Safari's and thought it was great. The camp has a very rustic feel to it and this makes you feel as if you are camping wild in the reserve. The inside of the tents is quite basic but the bed was comfortable and really we... more

We stayed one night at the Kibo safari camp. Althoug the view of Kilimanjaro was great, the camp, although being brand-new has little comfort, the cheapest materials having been used and the surroundings being quite barren and dusty - hardly any shade. The tent was provided with bare necessities, the bed was not very comfortable and there was little storage place.... more
