The room spacious but it was old room, with old,hard and uncomfortable matress as if sleep on the carpet. I think this hotel has staff management issue coz only 1 reception staff at most of the time(pity that guy). I definitely will never stay at this hotel anymore, but the location is good.

its a 3 star hotel but its old, the rooms is very spacious but due to the furniture n fittings and the lightnings is old n dark, so it looks spooky! anyway nothing happen tat nite~ just will not go back the 2nd time!!

The location of this hotel is great, right next to the Malaysian border and the Causeway, and one of the first hotels you'll notice when walking from the station. Rooms are old, weary and not spotlessly clean (stains in the toilet, on the floor and in the bed linens) but very big and with nice views from the higher rooms.... More

though this hotel is very accessible, a had a terrible experience with the services of this hotel. housekeeping service: they dont even change the beddings and the toilet is very dirty. even local calls, they will charge you and encountered this malay front desk staff as if i owe her anything. guys, avoid this hotel.
