I have been going here for the last 2 years, I do agree that this is not the 'normal' sort of hotel you visit. Staff is not that welcoming at times..but being a seasoned traveller I know handle them and get the best of it. We booked this hotel for two nights, payment on arrival. We note that your claims regarding the hotel accommodations building (ie., dead shrubs, mossy exterior etc) are obviously erroneous because you never even had access to the Hotel in the first place if you never checked-in as you claimed. Our hotel is private and exclusive and if you never checked in, you would not be brought to the Hotel guests'...
