Stayed here for 4 days for work.. Room is clean but I think they need to change the towels which are eventhough clean, have seen better days... We (two adults and two kids aged 12 & 4) stayed at the Timotel for one night on our way to Tioman Island. Room was large, clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel is well signposted as you enter Mersing. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was huge with 2 double beds and very clean.
