We were guests at a yoga retreat here. It was an invigorating experience with Langkawi Yoga's Dorothy Ang's tutelage. We were treated to wonderful spa treatments at Ishan Spa and an extensive educational experience with Bala, about Ayuverdic treatments. Beautiful and relaxing, set amongst the rainforest with a fantastic spa and magnificent Japanese restaurant below. We stayed at Ambong Ambong for five incredibly serene nights. We had a lovely one-bedroom studio about halfway up the hill, with a small balcony.
