i was extremely disappointed with the service and the food served there, especially for both breakfast and lunch...... i thought grand con..is a great place to stay but after the bed bugs and kopi oh for breakfast, mmmm no way more

The rooms were filthy...the bed sheets had stains..the bath tub had stains..service was poor..1 or 2 people seem to take care of the whole hotel.. the only good thing was the large menu for the breakfast.. rest was pretty bad.. more

We stayed in this Hotel with my group of friends for two nights in this month. On the first day, the hotel staff arranged us a local exiting tour and they charged us heavily. The staff arranged for two local vans and we all got dumped inside. They took us a waterfall where not even a drop of water exists.... more

Not a place I wish to go back to. Dirty carpet, bathroom is so old and stained. The curtain dirty and dusty, bet never been washed for a while.
