Stayed at this hotel numerous times during my work trip to Kuantan. Prices are reasonable. Firstly, there are ample parking space behind the hotel for guests, and on my trips there is a security guard guarding the entrance of the parking which makes me feel much safer leaving my car there. We stayed for one night in this hotel. It was okay. The staff is really nice and the room is big. The bathroom looked old despite what others say. A little mold under the sink of the bathroom. Despite a relatively new hotel, there are signs of running-down. Rooms are poorly maintained, unlike the Hotel Sentral Georgetown that I previously stayed. Many fittings in the bathroom were fallen apart. However the hotel is located in a good location, right at the centre of the town. Good choice for guests who are not driving.

We stayed in hotel Kuantan Sentral for the weekend 2D/1N. It's a decently neat hotel with bright colorful lobby. Staff were friendly & helpful. Our deluxe triple room was huge. Staffs are friendly, plenty of parking spaces. Room is OK and clean. Breakfast is within expectation considering the affordable price that we pay for the room. Located in Kuantan town by the Sg Kuantan..
