The rooms are awfull. Mould everywhere. Grunge come up the bath when you shower and there is mould on the roof. Apart from that everything was terrific NOT. Would never stay here again. Value for money crap. More

Nice reception, lovely friendly staff. Great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Nice gym. Nice pool area. Excellent rating for these areas. The rooms we had are really old and tired. Hotel is located in a far location from the city but it is beside nice beach. No free Wifi in the hotel rooms/Lobby(excluding the Kampung Restaurant) and LAN cable in the room also to be paid at per minute rate. Management has to review the policy. This is a very old property. The public areas are well-maintained. The rooms are not. It is located outside Kuantan town by the beach called Telok Cempedak. It is still a popular destination for the locals but is run-down and poorly maintained, and dominated by fast food chains. Kuantan town is interesting to explore so this makes it the "best"... More

My Wife and I met here in the mid 90's while we were both working in the region. Since then, Hyatt have done up the foyer, the nightclub and the Regency Club and little else. Very good rooms & pool, average beach but the service of the front desk is very poor. we had 2 booking numbers (same type of room & same price) for 2 days, the front desk said we should check out and then check in!!! More
