I was check-in around 3 am in the morning and the receptionist told that we can check-out 1pm next morning. we late for free breakfast and lucky me and my family still can have the breakfast. good service and polite staff.the room clean and wide.easy to reach mall in town.

Twice this week we dined at the Hotel Grand Continental Dining Room. The food was great, and so were the service and prices. We tried sea food preparations in Malay and Chinese styles and were impressed. We are Canadians presently vacationing in the Kuantan area. This restaurant is great and clean.

I been there for working purpose. The room is very smelly maybe it is because of the old building and whole floor is the smoking room. Staff is ok and the breakfirst is so so. TV in the room is only have selected channel and small (14 inch).

The room is clean. Bathroom is big. The plus point is the hotel is located in the center of Kuantan town. With cable tv but only eight or nine channel...

Need to review the price are not reasonable for the room. Old room and the towel too old to used it.

This hotel is quite old. if you had no choice and you have to check in this hotel, please, do not take room 815. the air conditioner is so loud its like sleeping inside a helicopter cabin. the bed spread is old and looks like a spent rag....the sheets are not so white too. the shower attachment needs some serious... If you do not have too high an expectation this place is quite ok. Rooms and decor are typical and standard. The location is excellent as it is in the centre of town and within walking distance to many places of interest. I was given free wifi for all the days of my stay there.
