Overall satisfactory with the service. I was on waistlist initially and i left my contact number with them. They returned my call at night informing me of rooms availability. Overall the hotel is clean and staff were quite friendly dont expect much for breakfast, very basic affair, average food, Room was clean, no complimentary mineral water though which was a disappointment considering the price we paid more
